History
The Expal company was founded in the Autumn of 1995 as a trading company. It traded with pulpwood, aggregate, logs, construction timber and joinery timber. During its development it has become a manufacturing and trading company. Nowadays the company is engaged in the manufacture of firewood and alpine larch shingle, including the covering works and sawing of logs. General trade in timber and wood products still remains the company's business activity.
Since 2001, the main warehouse of our firewood production has been located in Tišnov, where the shingle manufacture is centered as well. Over the previous years, the manufacture of shingles has been joined by all other services, including the laying and realization of the complete roof structure.
Since 2002, we have been representing the Austrian company Pritz Systeme in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company is engaged in custom manufacturing of hunting weapons and accessories for gamekeepers.
Since 2003, our company has been regularly participating as an exhibitor in the Natura Viva professional exhibition in Lysá nad Labem and the Brno SUPER exhibition of knives.
